This £5.2m Handley Way design and build contract was constructed on behalf of Karbon Homes in Sunderland.

The development site, located on the former Grangetown Autos MOT Centre land, was originally identified by the team at Gus Robinson Developments and presented as an opportunity to Karbon Homes. It had outline planning consent for 27 new homes, however, the Gus Robinson Team identified an adjacent site with the potential to increase the site area allowing the development to expand to 46 new build properties, comprising of a mix of 3- and 4-bedroom homes.
